1.1 Services. We provide coaching sessions, workshops, and tailored training programs aimed at enhancing focus, strategic calm, and executive inner-work practices.

1.2 Informational Products. Digital guides, audio courses, and video modules designed to support self-paced development in calm strategy and focused leadership.

1.3 Physical Goods. Books, workbooks, and supporting materials shipped to your address for hands-on practice and reflection exercises.

2. Booking, Ordering, and Payment

All bookings for sessions and orders for products require full payment at the time of purchase. We accept standard methods such as credit card and bank transfer. You warrant that any payment method provided is valid and that you are authorized to use it.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Please review the details below based on the type of offering.

3.1 Services

• One-on-one training sessions confirmed by both parties may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session without fee. To request a change, contact us via our contact form.

• If you cancel a session less than 48 hours before its start, the session fee is non-refundable due to the reserved time slot and coach preparation.

3.2 Informational Products

• Digital guides, audio courses, and video modules are eligible for a 14-day refund from the date of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.

• To request a refund, submit a description of your download history and order number via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

3.3 Physical Goods

• You may request a refund or swap within 30 days of delivery, subject to return of unused materials in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs on non-defective returns.

• Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4. No-Refund Services

Certain premium programs, including immersive retreats and group intensives, are explicitly non-refundable due to limited capacity and extensive planning. These offerings are clearly marked at the time of booking. If you require a date change, please notify us at least 30 days in advance; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, training exercises, guides, and digital assets on calmledger.top are the property of calmledger or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, calmledger.top and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect or consequential harm arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product at issue.

7. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Geneva.
